Camarda

Camarda is a small artisanal winery on the slopes of Etna, where vineyards of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio climb among dry stone walls and lava flows. High altitudes, black volcanic soils and a mountain climate overlooking the sea.

In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentations, measured extractions and large used barrels are employed. Very fine, salty and smoky Etna reds, with silky tannins and great drinkability; a few taut and citrusy volcanic whites complete the picture.
