Hora is the project of two young Franciacorta natives who went up to Val Camonica in search of the perfect mountain sparkling wine. About one and a half hectares of Riesling Renano, Chardonnay, and Incrocio Manzoni on well-ventilated calcareous soils, with significant temperature variations.

Traditional method from spontaneous fermentations, virtually non-existent dosage, and long aging on the lees. Tense, direct, and saline bubbles, with a very precise technical touch but zero mannerisms: contemporary mountain sparkling wines, more for the table than for an aperitif.
