Collection: The Beekeeping Cellar

La Cave Apicole was founded in Roussillon, between the Côtes Catalanes and windy hills overlooking the Mediterranean. Old vineyards on schist and granite, a dry climate, and a project that literally stems from beekeeping and the desire to work the land in a radical way.

Blends of indigenous white and red grape varieties, spontaneous fermentations, no fining or filtration, and almost no sulfur dioxide. Free, juicy wines, often low in alcohol, full of salinity and Mediterranean herbs: the wildest and most delicious Roussillon.
