Another Pet'Nat from direct pressing, unfiltered and undisgorged. But this one has two years on the lees. The bubbles become very fine, the aromatic profile shifts to dried fruit, candied citrus, and flint. A unique Sémillon that combines freshness and depth.

The producer
Domaine L’Astré is the project of Aude Duval and Sylvain Ohayon in Dordogne, between Bergerac and Périgord. Old vines nestled in the woods, a cool Atlantic climate, and mixed clay, limestone, and sand soils.
Natural viticulture, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal intervention: whites and reds of great finesse, with crisp fruit, silky tannins, and a perfect balance between rural rusticity and modern precision.
