Barbera d'Alba 2021 – Pierangelo Bosco

Spontaneous fermentation followed by 9 months in small, used oak barrels. Our idea of Barbera: alcohol and salt to balance an energetic and lively grape. Used wood, as it should be. Pure acidity, yet all in balance. Very good.
