Spontaneous fermentation, long skin contact, then at least 24 months in large oak barrels. A Barolo to drink! Rich yet elegant, present but ready tannins. Balsamic and floral notes, citrus, undergrowth, artichoke, very fine spices. Mentholated, evolving in the glass to a delicate spiciness. A great expression of a great wine, tradition and modernity.
