Sylvaner and Auxerrois from Alsace meet old-vine Carignan from the Luberon, left for ten months as whole clusters in the juice of the white grapes. A pale red, airy and saline, with hints of small red fruits, plum, herbs, and an almost disarming freshness. Strange on paper, effortless in the glass.
