A Georgian rosé that has very little of the conventional rosé about it. Chinuri and Tavkveri ferment together in qvevri for a fresh yet profound wine, with notes of raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, pepper, and a lovely savory, earthy quality. Dry, light on its feet but full of character: authentic Georgia, without becoming extreme.
