Chasselas from Savoy, from plots with different exposures and soils, aged on the lees in barrels for about a year. Citrus, freshness, and a mineral trail that keeps the sip taut and mouth-watering. Only 10.5% alcohol, unfiltered and with no added sulfites. An agile white wine, to be opened with fish, cheese, or simply as an aperitif.

In the cellar
