Amphora and stainless steel, on fine lees with batonnage. Zero filtration, zero fining. Apple, peach, flowers, a touch of dried herbs. Very smooth, citrusy, brackish on the palate. Finishes long, crisp, mineral. Nekazari is Txakoli as the wine of the future! A bomb on its own, a bomb paired with raw fish.
