Mountain Mondeuse, subtle, spicy, and tremendously fresh. Cherry, pepper, small red berries, and that almost wild quality typical of the Savoy, with very little weight and fine tannins. Axel Domont macerates it for 11 days and ages it in demi-muids: an alpine red, juicy and vertical, to be drunk slightly chilled.
