Sauvignon 2023 – Damien Menut

A Loire Sauvignon that doesn't rely on easy varietal character. No aromatic explosion: here stone, salt, and tension dominate, with a vertical and almost tactile texture. The old barriques smooth out the wine without weighing it down, allowing a long, dry, and precise finish to emerge.
