The most structured side of Savigny according to Camp-Atthalin. Half a hectare towards Ladoix-Serrigny, on deep clay-limestone soil that gives volume and texture to the Pinot Noir. A red with character, with tannins that are present but velvety and a lovely depth. To be brought to the table with substantial dishes, letting it breathe a little.
