An important meditation wine, given a lighter touch in this very fresh vintage, to be rediscovered in food pairings. A kaleidoscopic wine, glyceric on the palate and always alive even 10, 20, or 30 years after the harvest. Perfect for dry desserts and aged cheeses. The pairing with oysters is a unique experience. Great fun with unusual pairings (lacquered eel?)
