Domaine Bersan

Domaine Bersan is located in Auxerre, in the "colder" part of Burgundy, north of Chablis. A family of winemakers who have been working with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and especially Aligoté for generations on chalky Kimmeridgian soils.

Clean viticulture, spontaneous fermentations and aging in steel or used wood to avoid covering the saline character of the wines. Taut, citrusy and chalky whites, subtle and very fine reds: the freshest and most gastronomic face of Burgundy.
