Chablis 2023 – Domaine Bersan

Spontaneous fermentation in steel, aging 6–10 months on fine lees.

Yellow fruit, then citrus and flint. Here too the soil is Kimmeridgian and it shows. Taut and saline on the palate, with a beautiful clear length.
