Domaine de Souch is an institution in Jurançon, at the foot of the Pyrenees. High-altitude vineyards on very steep hills, cultivated for decades using organic and biodynamic methods, with views of the snow-capped peaks.

Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng in dry and moelleux versions, from successive harvests and dizzying acidity. Deeply citrusy, tropical but never heavy whites, with a mountain salinity and a monstrous aging potential.
