Jurançon Cuvée Marie Kattalyn 2021 – Domaine de Souch

Late harvest with grapes dried by warm winds. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in old Sauternes and Pessac barriques. Rich but never opulent, concentrated yet balanced, salt, honey, yellow fruit, saffron. Very long finish. A delight with foie gras and aged blue cheeses.
