Orlando

Orlando works on the hills of Friuli Orientale with a very personal idea of Friulian white wine. A few small parcels, very low yields and harvests at full ripeness, between Collio and Colli Orientali, with a completely artisanal approach.

Spontaneous fermentations, more or less brief macerations depending on the grape variety, completed malolactic fermentation and aging in non-invasive wood. Full, textural and profound wines, yet always taut and digestible, with spice, citrus, herbs and a great capacity for evolution.
