Maceration for a couple of weeks. Exhausted lees, then bottle. Very bright coppery color, the malolactic fermentation comes through beautifully. Cream and strawberries.

The producer
Orlando works on the hills of Friuli Orientale with a very personal idea of Friulian white wine. A few small parcels, very low yields and harvests at full ripeness, between Collio and Colli Orientali, with a completely artisanal approach.
Spontaneous fermentations, more or less brief macerations depending on the grape variety, completed malolactic fermentation and aging in non-invasive wood. Full, textural and profound wines, yet always taut and digestible, with spice, citrus, herbs and a great capacity for evolution.
