Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Sainte-Agnès, in the southern Jura. Clear fruit, immediacy and the savoury signature of marl: a bright, already expressive white that joins drinking pleasure and character.
Whole-bunch direct press, spontaneous fermentation in tank with native yeasts and 8 months in barrique. Lias and Trias marl soils.
Try it with baked fish, white meat or a board of Comté. Serve at 10–12 °C.

Spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts, tanks and barriques: bright, deep Chardonnays and a light, savoury red of Trousseau and Pinot Noir. The Sud Revermont Jura, precise and food-friendly.
