Far Camin 2024 – Domaine de l'Astré

Whole cluster, eight months in terracotta and stoneware amphorae. A very precise, sharp, luminous orange, which makes sense!! There is subtle dried fruit, accompanying the very clear citrus notes. The sip has its own tannic texture but finishes very tight and lemony. Great acidity, salt, crunchiness, an incredibly drinkable wine (some magnums are also available... not by chance...)
