Monopole that is almost a discovery, 1.8 ha, surrounded by woods, south-west facing, on clay-limestone soil. Young vineyard. Stainless steel only.

Here the concentration increases and the spectrum changes, without losing Xavier's style: lemon, white flowers, distinct minerality. On the palate, it is taut, savory but accompanied by a lot of glyceric richness.
