Xavier Yverneau works in the central Loire between Vouvray and Montlouis, on white tuffeau plateaus overlooking the Loire. Small plots of Chenin Blanc are cultivated using artisanal methods, with great attention to the soils and ripeness.

Spontaneous fermentations, no cosmetic interventions, and slow aging in steel, used wood, and bottle. Salty, citrusy, and smoky Chenin, with acidic tension, depth, and impressive drinkability.
