Yohan Lardy

Yohan Lardy is one of the most interesting new faces in Beaujolais. He works historical plots of Gamay on pink granite in the north of the region, between Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie and their surroundings.

Hand-tended vineyards, low yields, and no systemic chemicals; in the cellar, semi-carbonic macerations, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal sulfur dioxide. Very juicy, floral, and spicy reds, with that crisp elegance that only great Gamay can provide.
